  • Resource Abuse
    Excessive or disruptive usage that affects service stability for other users (e.g., running unrelated crypto-mining tasks)

 

2. Game-Specific Conduct

GamingServers is designed for hosting game servers. The following applies to game-specific usage:

  • Servers should be used in accordance with game publisher policies and licensing terms

  • Mods, plugins, and other extensions must not violate EULA or copyright

  • Activities that negatively affect the broader game community, including cheating platforms or unauthorized monetization systems, are not permitted

 

3. Network Usage

All users are expected to use bandwidth and compute resources responsibly:

  • Services should not be used for general-purpose file hosting, video streaming, or unrelated background tasks

  • Any attempts to interfere with GamingServers’ infrastructure or other customers will result in suspension

 

4. Enforcement and Remediation

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of services

  • Termination of your account

  • Reporting to relevant legal authorities where required

 

GamingServers reserves the right to investigate any activity that may breach this policy or compromise the integrity of our platform.
