  • The product is delivered immediately after purchase, and

When placing an order with GamingServers, you agree that provisioning begins immediately after payment and that this waives your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Because services are provisioned shortly after purchase, most orders are not eligible for a refund once delivery has started.

However, if provisioning has not yet begun, and you contact us promptly after placing the order, a refund may be possible. Please reach out to our support team as soon as possible in such cases.

We encourage you to contact our support team if you experience any technical difficulties. Most issues can be resolved without the need for cancellation. Refunds are generally not issued for problems related to:

No refunds are issued for free trials or promotional periods, including any automatic renewals, unless cancelled before the renewal takes effect.

If you have concerns about a charge, we recommend contacting us directly before disputing a transaction. This ensures the matter can be reviewed and resolved in a timely manner. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account restrictions.
